I have two referred members, why did I get charged?

If you have two referred members under you and you are not getting the "2 and it's Free" portion of the iMarketslive program it is likely for one of the following reasons:

  • You have upgraded to IBO status
  • The members you enrolled are not active customers
  • The members you enrolled are IBOs
  • The members you enrolled were not enrolled 24 hours prior to your billing date
  • The members you enrolled qualified for "2 and it's Free" thus they do not count towards your two

If none of the above applies to your account, please contact support and we will look into the matter for you.
